With more and more social networking sites, it can be difficult for parents to teach kids how much information is too much information to post online.

The popular teen Web site MySpace.com is offering a new Internet Safety Guides for parents, teachers and teens.

Parents can log onto MySpace and click on "Tips for Parents" to download the safety guide. It includes information about how teens use the Web site and information on how parents can keep their kids safe.

The site has partnered with Seventeen magazine and the National School Board Association to create and distribute the guides.
