A new Web site is giving consumers information about health insurance options.

The National Association of Insurance Companies has launched Insure Online.

It organizes information into options based on your stage of life. You can search for plans in categories such as Young Singles, Young Families, Established Families and Empty Nesters.

The site will show you what each policy will charge you for premiums, copays and deductibles.

It will explain the differences between HMOs and PPOs to help you choose the plan that's best for you.

It also has information about life insurance options.
