BOSTON -- Coupons for a cause -- that's the focus of a Web site that offers coupons for 1,000 online stores, and the money generated is donated to a children's cancer charity.

AlexsCoupons.com was launched by the parents of a girl who was diagnosed with leukemia when she was just 10 months old. Now, Alex is healthy thanks to a core blood transplant.

Over the last six years, Alex's Coupons has provided coupons and deals to millions of consumers, while educating them about Childhood Cancer.

The site has new coupons and deals that are added every day. You can save money at retailers such as Linens N Things, Overstock.com and Dell. There's a place on the site to search by "Featured Stores" or merchandise category.

Each month, the Web site features a different charity. There's a link to the charity's donation page, and visitors are asked to make a $1 donation.
