People have been buying and selling on auction sites like eBay for years, but here's a Web site that lets sellers post items for sale at a flat rate.

Unlike other sites that charge a percentage of the sale, Gorage.com charges sellers a fee based on the number of items being sold. For example, if you are selling up to 10 items, it will cost $5 for 30 days. Up to 25 items costs $10 for 30 days

Buyers have the option to buy items, make offers on items or ask the seller a question. Buyers can also create a wish list, and once an item is available, a message will be sent to your e-mail account.

When an item sells, it creates an empty selling space. If a seller has time remaining in their billing cycle, they can fill that space with a new item for sale at no extra cost.
