There's a new Web site that will help you buy a highly rated bottle of wine without breaking your budget.

Kenswineguide.com is a wine review site that consolidates wine ratings from all the major wine trade magazines and narrows the list into an easy-to-read format.

The site will help users select wines at different price levels without having to worry about bias from wine sellers. It's free to subscribe to the site and post your own wine reviews to share them with other members.

"Going back and forth between Web sites to try and search out where and what the good wines are can be a long and frustrating process," said Alex DeWinter, wine director at Grill 23 & Bar in Boston. "There is one Web site, however, which manages to simplify the selection process without oversimplifying the information: KensWineGuide.com."

Ken Hoggins, the site's founder, began publishing holiday wine recommendations in 1999.
