BOSTON -- One of the undeniable laws of nature is that gravity pulls us down. Well, if fallen fanny disease has got you baffled, here is a quick and easy solution to ward off this terrible affliction.
Squats, squats and more squats.1.Stand up
2.Sit down
3.Stand up
Want a challenge -- make your torso (CORE) and legs (quads and gluets) do the work -- no hands. More of a challenge -- don't touch the chair as you go down. Just hover. Start with just a few. Stand up for three counts. Sit down for three counts, nice and controlled.Try to build up to doing three sets of 10 to 12 repetitions, three to five times a week. The result will be firmer and stronger gluets and a huge effort toward fighting fallen fanny disease. You should have clearance from your physician before attempting any of the exercises.
