NewsCenter 5's Pam Cross reports that Glenn pleaded not guilty to charges of assault and battery and intimidation of a witness Wednesday morning after he was arrested at his Walpole, Mass., home.
The incident apparently involved the mother of his 5-year-old child. Glenn was ordered not to abuse the alleged victim, and bail was set at $1,000.
"We've had no comment about the facts of the matter today other than saying that there is a pending matter in the state of Ohio concerning his 5-year-old son," defense attorney Joseph Cataldo said.
A woman called the Walpole Police Department Tuesday night asking them to check on the well-being of someone at Glenn's home, which led to the arrest.
A temporary restraining order was issued Tuesday night and remained in place Wednesday.
Glenn was involved in a scuffle last year outside a nightclub with another Patriot, but no charges were made in that incident.
