Holdsclaw Leads Dream Past Mystics

(Sports Network) - Chamique Holdsclaw scored a game-high 18 points and had eight assists, as the Atlanta Dream got by the Washington Mystics, 72-65, at Philips Arena.

Sancho Lyttle went for 16 points, while Angel McCoughtry poured in 14 off the bench for the Dream, who snapped a brief two game losing skid. Atlanta had dropped four of five coming into the contest.

Alana Beard had a team-high 16 points for Washington, which had dropped three of four. Lindsey Harding donated 11 points and six rebounds in defeat.

Atlanta shot 41.2 percent from the field, compared to 38.5 percent for Washington.
