BOSTON -- The holidays are coming early this year to children in need thanks to a series of public service announcements (PSAs) featuring Glen “Big Baby” Davis from the World Champion Boston Celtics and WCVB-TV/DT sports reporter Mike Dowling. The PSAs are geared to support The Home for Little Wanderers’ mission to help ensure the healthy, emotional, mental, and social development of children at risk, their families, and communities.Topics for the six PSAs include this year’s Big Wishes for Little Wanderers Holiday Gift Drive, one of the oldest gift drives in Boston, and the importance of a mentor or foster care parent in the life of a child.Photos: Behind The Scenes Of 'Big Baby For Big Wishes' PSA ShootThere is a great need for foster caregivers in Massachusetts and across the country.
