Rioters who smashed buildings and set fires after the Boston Celtics NBA Finals win may have escaped arrest that night, but they’re not off the hook yet, police said.

The Boston Herald reported that police are reviewing security camera footage, footage turned over by news media outlets and even video posted on YouTube, in hopes of identifying and charging those responsible for thousands of dollars worth of damage.

“We have detectives actively reviewing footage,” Boston police spokesman Eddy Chrispin told the Herald. “We’re trying to identify any individuals in the act of destroying property.”

If police are able to identify anyone committing a criminal offense in the videos, they will be sent a summons to appear in court.

Some YouTube video shows rowdy fans throwing street signs and smashing windows near the T.D. Banknorth Garden.

Thirty people have been charged so far, police said.
