In the midst of spring training, some of the Boston Red Sox players are still finding time to unwind and raise money to fight children's cancer at the same time.

World Series MVP Mike Lowell was dancing this weekend at his Dancing with the All Stars benefit.

Lowell, Dustin Pedroia, Alex Cora and -- of course -- Jonathan Papelbon, all shook their groove to help raise money for the Lowell Foundation which fights cancer in children.

Lowell survived testicular cancer in 1999 and formed the foundation two years later.

Lowell was also named the grand prize winner of his own dancing competition.
