If you are thinking about going to the Super Bowl and are looking for an attractive package, there are some things you should know.

NewsCenter 5's Susan Wornick reported that if you're considering a package, make sure you know what it includes. Does it include transportation to and from Arizona?

If it's a flight, is it on a commercial carrier or a charter? If it's a charter, are there other gate or ground services charges not included in the price?

Is transportation to and from your accommodations included?

Get the name of the hotel in which you'll be staying, and check it out -- not just online. If it isn't a major chain, call the area Chamber of Commerce or police who can confirm the place truly exists and is close to the stadium.

Ask about tickets to the game. An offer to see the Super Bowl doesn't necessarily mean you'll be in the stadium. It could only guarantee you a seat in a bar near the stadium.

Finally, get everything in writing, and only do business with a company that takes credit cards.

Many travel packages are non-refundable, even if the weather cancels the flight.
