BOSTON -- New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his former girlfriend, actress Bridget Moynahan, are expecting a baby.

The couple ended their three-year relationship in November. Moynahan's publicist confirmed that her client is more than three months pregnant and that Brady is the father.

An image consultant said that she was surprised that Brady, 26, did not make a comment about the pregnancy.

"What's in danger if he doesn't do it today or tomorrow, then his image is that he is not that nice, and that is probably what will happen," said Evangelia Souris, of Optimum Image.

Moynahan, 36, has been very public about wanting to be a wife and a mother. Brady has recently been spotted with model Gisele Bundchen, and media outlets have reported the two are dating.

Neither Brady, his agent, nor Patriots spokesman Stacey James have issued a comment.
