(Sports Network) - Wade Redden and Scott Gomez each scored a goal and assisted on another, as the New York Rangers completed a European sweep of the Tampa Bay Lightning with another 2-1 victory at the O2 Arena. Henrik Lundqvist stopped 18 shots in the victory, one day after turning aside 20 in a 2-1 Ranger win. Markus Naslund notched an assist on Sunday after scoring one of New York's goals in Saturday's opener. Adam Hall scored the lone goal for the Lightning, who were outshot 39-19. Olaf Kolzig made 37 saves in defeat.

Final Score: Ottawa 3, Pittsburgh 1

Stockholm, Sweden (Sports Network) - Danny Heatley continued his dominance against the Penguins as he scored twice to help Ottawa split a season-opening series in Europe against Pittsburgh with a 3-1 win at The Globe Arena. Alex Auld made 30 saves and was less than one second away from a shutout while Antoine Vermette scored the other goal for the Senators, who bounced back from Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss against Pittsburgh. In 23 career games against the Penguins, Heatley has 19 goals and seven assists. He also had a goal in Saturday's contest. Marc-Andre Fleury was charged with all three goals on 27 shots while Alex Goligoski scored for the Penguins, who got a pair of goals from Tyler Kennedy, including the game-winner in overtime, on Saturday.
