Panthers Place LB Johnson On IR

Charlotte, NC -- (Sports Network) - The Carolina Panthers placed linebacker Landon Johnson on injured reserve Tuesday.Johnson suffered a right knee injury in the second half of Carolina's loss to Miami last week. He was making his second consecutive start at weakside linebacker in place of Thomas Davis, who torn his ACL on November 8. Johnson had 17 tackles this season in 10 games for the Panthers, who signed linebacker Jordan Senn to fill his spot on the roster. Senn appeared in two games with the Colts this year, registering five tackles before being released.
