BOSTON -- A crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer is slowing the commute on Interstate 495 north in Westford.SmartRoute's Cindy Campbell said the car may have rear-ended the truck.The right lane of the highway near Boston Road in Westford was closed as crews worked to clear the crash, Campbell said.Check Your Commute
