Boston To Chicago Flight Diverted

No One Hurt

An American Airlines flight from Boston to Chicago was diverted to Manchester's airport Thursday morning after a passenger said he thought he smelled smoke in a cargo compartment.

Flight 1251 landed safely in New Hampshire just before 10 a.m. No one was hurt.

There were 142 passengers on board. The plane was being checked out.
