Massachusetts Cuts Relations With Center, Cites Solicitation.

BOSTON, Mass. --
The state has cut ties with a Boston youth services center where an administrator allegedly paid for sex with a teen girl.

The girl had been sent to the Ella J. Baker House by the Department of Youth Services to get help.

A spokeswoman for the state said they weren't convinced the organization would provide adequate protections to stop a similar incident from happening again.
