BOSTON -- Boston officials said two teenagers were taken into custody Monday in connection with the slaying of a 19-year-old Dorchester man over the weekend.

The victim's name was not immediately released.

The district attorney's office said the two, 15-year-old boys were scheduled for arraignment in Boston Municipal Court, one charged with murder and unlawful possession of a firearm and the other as an accessory. They were to be arraigned in adult court.

The shooting took place near the intersection of Shawmut Avenue and Dwight Street in the South End late Sunday night.
