19-Year-Old Dies In Roadside Bombing

A soldier from Fall River was killed in a roadside bombing in Iraq, Department of Defense officials announced Tuesday.

Michael Bouthot, 19, was serving in the Army when he was killed on Saturday.

Bouthot graduated from Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School in 2004. He enlisted in the Army the following summer.

Bouthot was one of three Americans who died in when a roadside bomb detonated near his Humvee in Baghdad.
