Funeral services will be held today for Rachel and Lillian Entwistle, the young mother and baby who were found dead in their Hopkinton home.

Meanwhile, the investigation is moving at full speed.

NewsCenter 5's Gail Huff reported that the funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Plymouth. Police plan to close some area roads during the service because so many people are expected to attend.

One person they do not expect to attend is Neil Entwistle, 27, Rachel's husband, who was not invited by Rachel's family. He has been at his family's home in Worksop, England since Jan. 21 and did not attend a wake for the mother and child that was held in Kingston, Mass., Tuesday. Hundreds of people came to pay their respects.

Mother and child were found shot to death in their Hopkinton, Mass., bedroom Jan. 22.

Neil Entwistle was seen leaving his parents' Worksop home Tuesday, still wearing his wedding ring. A neighbor was asked to watch the home for a few days while the family was away.

The Sun newspaper in the U.K. quoted a family source who said after Rachel and Lillian were found slain, a confused Entwistle called Rachel's stepfather in Carver and said, "I can't remember how I got to England. Is it true Rachel and Lillian are dead?"

Investigators towed Entwistle's BMW from the Logan International Airport garage and it's being examined at the police department. Several boxes of evidence taken from the Entwistles' rented home have been impounded at Framingham District Court.

Entwistle is still being called a "person of interest." In order to bring him back to the U.S., authorities would have to seek a warrant for his extradition from Great Britain. The Middlesex District Attorney's office said in a statement, "A very active investigation is still ongoing and authorities continue to follow up on a number of leads."

Detectives continue to look for the small-caliber handgun used to shoot Rachel and Lillian Entwistle.
