Husband and wife bodybuilders from Las Vegas will be arraigned on fugitive from justice charges Tuesday morning in Stoughton. The two are accused of killing their former assistant in Las Vegas.

NewsCenter 5's Gail Huff reported that Craig Titus and his wife, Kelly Ryan, were arrested Friday in Stoughton. Ryan had dyed her hair and Titus had shaved his head, according to police.

"The information that the FBI had received, they passed it on to us that they may be coming to our town," a Stoughton official said.

Titus, a 1996 bodybuilding champion, told police he had a secret romance with the couple's assistant, Melissa James, 28. Her body was found in the trunk of a burned Jaguar on Dec. 14 near Las Vegas. Police said Titus strangled her before torching the car. Ryan will be charged with accessory to murder.

The couple was allegedly seen at a Las Vegas-area Wal-Mart buying seven bottles of charcoal starter fluid and a barbeque tool set.

A third person, Anthony Gross, has also been arrested and faces an accessory to murder charge.

"(Titus) was really nice and every time they went somewhere, he always waved," a neighbor of the couple said.

The couple will be arraigned in Stoughton District Court Tuesday.
