NewsCenter 5's Kelley Tuthill reported that Julaine Jules, 26, was reported missing in late August. Her body, wrapped in plastic, was recovered from the river Sunday.

"This is so hard. That is not what we wanted. We were waiting for Julaine to come back to us safe and sound. It is so hard for us," said Jules' cousin, Cherlie Magny-Normilus.

Jules was last seen leaving her job at a credit card concierge company called Circles at 300 Congress St. at approximately 7 p.m. on Aug. 24. Her car was found torched in Revere, Mass., shortly after she disappeared.

Middlesex County District Attorney Martha Coakley said it is not clear how Jules died, but the investigation is ongoing.

"There did not appear to be an obvious cause of death, but manner and cause of death is pending, and toxicology results," she said.

Officials would not say how long the body had been in the water.

"She is 26, a wonderful young woman who loved everybody. Right now, what we need is justice. We need justice," said Magny-Normilus.

Officials called Jules' death suspicious, but say they do not have a motive or a suspect.
