She said Bizanowicz was linked to the slayings by DNA evidence matched through the state's criminal offender database. On Jan. 7, the bodies of Joanne Presti, 34, and her 12-year-old daughter, Alyssa, were found in their Totman Drive home. Investigators said that they were stabbed to death. Presti's 2 1/2-year-old son was found unharmed in the apartment.Prosecutors say Bizanowicz sexually assaulted Presti, before killing her and her daughter.Presti and her daughter were buried Thursday.Coakley said Bizanowicz was classified as a level-3 sex offender, who is someone considered at high risk to commit another
crime. It was not immediately clear if Bizanowicz knew the victims.
