BOSTON -- A woman who works at a nursing home in Quincy is accused of raping a patient.

Hilda Almonor, 46, of Quincy, charged with two counts of rape and a single count of indecent assault and battery. She was ordered held on $10,000 bail at her arraignment Tuesday.

The alleged victim, a 68-year woman, told police that the assaults had been going on for several months, police Capt. John Dougan told the Patriot Ledger.

Almonor is an aide at the nursing home. Police would not say in which nursing home the assaults allegedly happened.

The alleged victim was taken to Quincy Medical Center.
