BOSTON -- A Boston firefighter was injured Tuesday by a hit-and-run driver in Roxbury.The incident happened near 36 Edgewood St. in Roxbury just before noon.Boston Fire said the Grove Hall Station firefighter was putting gear in Ladder 23 after a medical call when he was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene.The firefighter suffered a knee and wrist injury, officials said.
