BOSTON -- A Malden man who was attacked by an elderly woman during a robbery last month was arrested Wednesday after a break-in at a tax preparation office.Michael McInnis, 34, was arrested Wednesday after a witness reported a break in at Liberty Tax Service at about 2:50 a.m., Wicked Local Malden reported.McInnis and his alleged accomplice, Crystle Sears, 22, were both identified at the scene by a witness, police said. Sears was carrying a hammer and a wood chisel in her sleeves, the paper reported.McInnis was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, possession of a burglarious instrument, malicious destruction of property over $250 and disorderly conduct. He allegedly fled the store with about $100. McInnis was charged with unarmed robbery and released on bail.McInnis was held on bail $1,500 bail after his arrest Wednesday.
