A news conference will be held at the State House on Thursday discussing DNA testing and criminals submitting samples of their own DNA, a subject very close to the Bishes' heart. Bish plans to be in Boston Thursday, while investigators will be searching again in the woods of Palmer, Mass., for more evidence.

"We've really tried to prepare for this. As you know, however, there does not seem to be any real way to do so, " John Bish said Wednesday.

Bish and his wife, Magi, spoke publicly Wednesday about the pain they are feeling now that three more human bones, matching the upper arm bone recovered on Tuesday, have been recovered. The newest bones were found about 250 feet from the discovery of the arm bone belonging to a teenager on Tuesday. Two more arm bones from were found along with a shinbone from a leg.

Bish's parents are preparing for the possibility that these may be the remains of their daughter.

"As a parent, our hearts are saddened by the possibility that we may have to bring Molly home in such an unimaginable way," Magi Bish said.

The marrow from the bones is being tested and a sample will be compared to the DNA of her mother. A mother shares virtually identical DNA with her child.

The testing will play a pivotal role in finding a suspect, someone responsible for Bish's disappearance.

Some suspects have already given investigators DNA samples.

Worcester County District Attorney John Conte said Wednesday that his office is re-interviewing some of those suspects and setting up new interviews with different people so they can talk to them again.
