HAVERHILL, Mass. -- A high school hockey player has died Tuesday evening after collapsing on the ice during practice.Haverhill police told NewsCenter 5 that the Pentucket Regional High School student collapsed on the ice at about 5 p.m. at Veteran's Memorial Arena.According to The Lawrence Eagle Tribune, the student was identified as 17-year-old senior Captain Matt McCarthy.
