At Roxbury's City on a Hill charter school, the climb to success seems very steep. Many students come from low income families, have spotty academic records, and endure long commutes to get an education. But if they can make it to senior year, they're practically guaranteed to get into college. Tonight, Anthony Everett reports on City on a Hill's track record of success, and he wades into the larger debate on whether charter schools are the best way to achieve excellence for more public school students.
