The woman who allegedly had dozens of dead cats in her Beacon Hill apartment has reportedly sued Mayor Tom Menino, the Boston police commissioner and the state attorney general.

The Boston Herald reports Heidi Erickson has filed so many lawsuits in area courts she's been reprimanded by judges.

City inspectors say they found 60 dead cats in freezers, but Erickson claims there were only three dead cats and 150 pounds of beef kidneys.

She wants to prevent what was found in the freezers from being thawed.

Erickson is scheduled to be in court Thursday for allegedly violating city health and sanitation codes.
