BOSTON -- Two supermarket employees chased after a robbery suspect who they say stole cash from their Attleboro store Sunday night.A man, identified by Attleboro police as James Boyce, allegedly went into the Stop and Shop on Pleasant Street at about 8 p.m., pushed the cashier, grabbed cash from the register and ran, the Sun Chronicle reported.The man lost a sneaker as he ran across the parking lot and Route 123, the paper reported.The two employees -- one on foot and one in a car -- chased the man until he was arrested by an Attleboro police officer near the intersection of Bank and Peck streets.No injuries were reported during the incident.
