84-Year-Old In Stable Condition

BOSTON -- An 84-year-old man is in stable condition after he was struck by a bicyclist while crossing the street in Boston Friday evening, police said.
The bicyclist collided with the man when he stepped off a curb near 186 Massachusetts Ave. at about 5:04 p.m. Police said the man fell and struck his head on the ground.
He was treated at Boston Medical Center for multiple head injuries, including a large cut, police said.
No charges have been filed against the bicyclist involved in the crash.
