In the June, Lindsay threatened and spit in the face of a young woman who was walking in downtown Middleboro, according to The Enterprise.

According to state records, Lindsay's 72 criminal convictions date back to 1990.

Lindsay is expected to be sentenced to six months in jail, which was the sentence sought by his attorney. Prosecutors were seeking a two-year term, the newspaper reported.

However, Lindsay also faces charges for a separate March incident in which he is accused of assault in connection with an attack at a Middleboro tattoo parlor.
