Third Passenger Hospitalized After Medfield Crash

Two people were killed and a third was hospitalized after a car crashed in Medfield on Saturday evening.

Police and fire units found the car flipped on its side against a tree near the intersection of North Street and Farm Street at about 7:19 p.m. The driver and one passenger were pronounced dead at the scene.

Another occupant was taken to Norwood Hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries.

Medfield police continue to investigate the cause of the crash. The identities of the victims have not been released pending notification of family members.
