Bicyclist Dies After Crash; Witnesses Sought

Crash Happened Thursday Near Coolidge Corner

Brookline police are asking for help from witnesses as they investigate crash involving a bicycle and a car that left a young woman dead.

Police said at about 7:20 p.m. on Sept. 9, a bicyclist was struck by a car on Longwood Avenue near Coolidge Corner.

The bicyclist, Tracy Milillo, 22, a Holbrook, N.Y., native and recent graduate of Emmanuel College in Boston, suffered a serious head injury in the crash and was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital. She died on Friday.

Anyone who witnessed or has information about the crash is asked to contact Brookline police at 617-730-2233.
