More than 360 pounds of marijuana with a street value of approximately $700,000 was seized on Monday, using GPS tracking to follow the shipment, according to Norwood Police.

Three men were later arrested and charged with marijuana trafficking, according to the U.S. Attorney's office.

The Dedham Daily News Transcript reported that early Monday morning, Drug Enforcement Administration agents and the Framingham Police Department executed a search warrant for a wooden crate being stored on Beaver Street in Framingham. In the crate were 12 smaller containers of what police believed were marijuana bricks, police said.

Field tests conducted on the scene resulted in a positive test for marijuana, said police.

The DEA was then able to execute a second search warrant allowing them to place a GPS tracker in the containers and follow the shipment when it was moved to another location, police said.

Monday evening, Richardson Rhau, 35, of Milton, was observed by agents loading up the crate and driving it to a warehouse in Norwood, according to the U.S. Attorney's affidavit on the case.

Rhau then met with Peter Bryson, 24, of Roxbury and Paul Bryson, 36, of Dorchester, who showed up in a van, police said. The trio allegedly proceeded to load some of the 12 containers of marijuana into the van.

DEA agents moved in and were able to arrest all three suspects, said police.
