A Leominster teenager allegedly bit another teen's penis during a fight last month.

The 18-year-old victim was walking down State Street on July 27 when Franklin Gonzalez, 18, allegedly ran up to him and swung at his face, the Sentinel and Enterprise reported.

The two teens fell to the ground. At one point during the fight, the victim said Gonzalez bit down on his penis though his clothing, according to a police report.

Officer Sean Ferguson wrote in his report that the victim was afraid Gonzalez was going to "bite his penis off and he was going to die," the newspaper reported.

The victim was able to get away, but doctors said that he may be permanently scarred.

Gonzalez was charged with indecent assault and battery and held on $1,000 bail. He is scheduled to return to court next week.
