Officer Kevin L. Antonovitch was responding to a call of a vehicle driving the wrong way down a one-way street when his cruiser collided with a pickup truck, Yarmouth police said.

The driver of the 2004 Ford F150 pickup, David Neal Trani, 23, of Yarmouthport, was arrested on OUI drug charges as well as those of carrying brass knuckles, police said.

Antonvitch, Trani and a passenger in the truck all were treated at Cape Cod Hospital for minor injuries.

Later Saturday evening, the vehicle originally reported as driving erratically sideswiped a tow truck in a parking lot, police said.

The driver of the 2008 Toyota Tundra, Brian Leonard Maciel, 52, of Oak Bluffs, was charged with drunken driving.
