BOSTON -- A man was found dead Thursday under a Lowell bridge.The victim was found at about 6:30 a.m. on a walkway under the University Avenue Bridge, police said.The man was identified as Chad Russell, 36, of Billerica. According to investigators, there were no outward signs of foul play in connection with the body, however, it is currently under investigation regarding whether or not drug use may have contributed to the man’s death.Police said an autopsy will be performed later at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Boston.
