A Wellesley eighth-grader faces serious charges Friday, accused of making a bomb threat against the school.

The student is accused of emailing bomb threats to school from inside the middle school.

Classes were disrupted twice last month because of the threats. No explosives were ever found.

The student is facing felony charges that are punishable by up to 20 years in jail.
