BOSTON -- A woman has been reunited with her 2 carat engagement ring after she lost it at a gas station."An angel. I truly feel it's such a good moment to experience someone good like that in your life," Melissa Ruff said of the Good Samaritan who found and returned her ring.Ruff said she lost the ring in the parking lot of a Littleton service station."I called six local police departments. I was so sick the whole day," she said. Little did Ruff know that Gladys White, of Manchester, N.H., happened upon the ring a short time later. She picked it up and hurried off to a graduation party.About 15 minutes later, Ruff returned to the search the parking lot, but the search came up empty.White said she didn’t realize the ring was real until later that night."It wasn't mine to have and I just thought if I ever lost mine, I would want somebody to bring it back to me," White said.White contacted the police and returned the ring to a very grateful Ruff."When you have a ring, it's not about the carat and the size. It's about the meaning of it. You know, what that really means when you get married," Ruff said.
