A mother and her two daughters were pulled from the waters off Namequoit Point Thursday after their kayak capsized in Orleans.

All three were pulled from the waters of Little Pleasant Bay early Thursday afternoon. They were able to walk off the harbormaster's boat on their own, the Cape Cod Times reported. They were taken to Cape Cod Hospital.

Gusts of up to 33 mph were reported in Chatham at the time of the rescue, with steady southwest winds of 14 mph, the paper reported.
