BOSTON -- A 9-year-old boy kidnapped Wednesday by two armed men in Mattapan has been found.David Encarnacion was kidnapped from an apartment complex at 437 River St. at about 2 p.m., according to the Boston Police Department. He was found safe at Logan International Airport inside Terminal B.
