Teens Due In Court In H.S. Stabbing Case
Victim's Wounds Not Life-Threatening

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- Two teenage Framingham brothers are due in juvenile court Friday, charged in connection with a stabbing at Framingham High School Thursday afternoon.
VideoNewsCenter 5's Gail Huff reported that the two juvenile males were arrested after the brawl on the steps of the high school just as school was letting out.Police said the fight erupted over a girl as a 15-year-old walked into a fight between his brother and several other students. He allegedly stabbed one of the teens in the buttocks and then ran away.The 16-year-old stabbing victim stumbled into the school, pleading for help.Students said a frightening scene ensued."I just heard this guy screaming and he ran past me, like, bleeding. And he ran into the school and he fell on the floor," one female student said."Everybody was going crazy," another said.The victim was flown to a Boston hospital for treatment. His wounds were not life-threatening, emergency officials said.Police Lt. Paul Shastany said the 15-year-old accused in the stabbing was charged with assault with intent to kill, assault and battery with a knife, disorderly conduct and disturbing a school assembly.His 16-year-old brother was also charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing a school assembly.The suspect's parents refused to talk about the fight.
