A man who killed a Hull woman in a car crash was sent back to prison after he allegedly crashed a stolen pickup truck in Quincy, according to the Patriot Ledger.

Joseph H. Buckley, 47, of Hull, was arrested at about 9 p.m. Sunday after the truck he was driving struck a utility pole, the newspaper reported. He was arraigned Monday on a number of charges, including a fifth drunken driving offense.

Buckley was released from prison in June after serving time for a 2002 crash in Rockland. His passenger in that crash, Lorna Jean Hanley, 23, was burned to death, according to the Patriot Ledger.

A few years later, Buckley was charged with drunken driving after he crashed a friend's pickup truck into a wall in Hingham.
