Statement On Crib Recall

At Toys"R"Us, Inc., our uncompromising commitment to the safety of children has been, and continues to be, our highest priority. We want to ensure that the recent recall of select cribs by Jardine Enterprises does not impact our customers’ ability to provide their babies with a safe sleeping environment.

Customers who cannot wait for a voucher can purchase a crib in any one of our stores and return to the store at a later date with the voucher to obtain a refund. We also offer customers the option of shopping online at www.Babiesrus.com and then obtaining a refund in one of our stores. In addition, we worked closely with Kids in Danger and the CPSC to provide outlets to customers to get advice on alternatives, if they have to wait for a new crib.

Our store associates also continue to work with our customers to help them in selecting a new crib that meets their individual needs. Because of the speed at which this recall took place, some of our stores may experience inventory delays, which we are working quickly to address.

Ultimately, the satisfaction of our guests is of utmost importance to us. If, at any point during the recall process our customers experience difficulty, they should not hesitate to contact us for assistance on our dedicated hotline at (973) 617-5000, or email us at jardinecribrecall@toysrus.com.
