BOSTON -- An accused robber, who is confined to a wheelchair, is scheduled to face charges Monday after police arrested him in Quincy.A man told police that he came home at about 7 p.m. Sunday and found Joaquin Alicea, 26, inside his apartment at Faxon Commons with a handgun, according to the Patriot Ledger. Alicea allegedly fired a gunshot that hit the hallway and asked the victim where "the money" was.The man climbed from his seventh-floor apartment balcony to a floor below and yelled for help. Police arrested Alicea and Nyhad Jaber, 17, in a nearby apartment. They will be charged with armed assault and robbery with intent to murder, burglary and other gun charges, the newspaper reported.Alicea told police that he was confined to a wheelchair after a previous shooting in Boston.
