NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. -- Three police officers rescued a man from a pond Friday evening, sources told NewsCenter 5.Police said the 23-year-old was swimming in a restricted area of Sharpners Pond when he went under water.Police responded to the call and three officers removed their guns and went into the water to rescue the man, sources said.
The man was given CPR and taken to the hospital.There was no word on his condition.
