Fish Truck Flips Over On Ramp

No Injuries Reported

A truck carrying more than two tons of fish flipped over on a ramp to the Massachusetts Turnpike on Tuesday, dumping some of its load onto the roadway.

The tractor-trailer truck was getting onto the highway near Cambridge Street in Brighton at about 12:54 p.m. when the incident happened, state police said.

The trailer flipped over, spilling some of the 4,300 pounds of fish on the road.

The ramp was closed for about a half hour. No injuries were reported.
